Ashwini leads Pro Accountants. As a full Chartered Accountant with the Fiji Institute of Accountants, a Certified Practising Accountant with CPA Australia, and a Registered Tax Agent with FRCS, she runs the firm’s tax practice, statutory accounts, and overall direction. Her Masters in Accounting underpins the technical depth she brings to every engagement — and when a client’s return needs to stand up to FRCS scrutiny, Ashwini is the one who signs it.

Shan leads the firm’s advisory practice, the payroll bureau, and the technology arm — Pro Accountants’ TaviPay and TaviPos platforms. After more than two decades inside Fijian businesses as a financial controller and CFO, he decided to build the software himself rather than recommend tools that didn’t meet the firm’s standard.
